I found your service to be one of the best available in the Houston area. I had a drive problem and they were able to solve my problem... did not have to take my computer back to the shop. I called and received service the same day! They said 1:00 and Chris was there at 1:00! There was no two to three hour wait around!! Solved our computer problem in less than two hours. Highly recommend this company. Very professional.

I called the owner Charles, late one afternoon, and explained my networking problem. The very next business day, he sent out one of his Tech guys (Trey) to my house here in Sugar Land. Because of Trey's extensive knowledge of both PC's and Mac's, he was able to fix my wired and wireless configuration networking problems. Trey was very pleasant and was respectful of our home surroundings and my time. I would HIGHLY recommend Trey and SugarLandPC.com.

Recently I deleted an account on my computer thinking I had transferred everything over to a new account. I called SugarLandPC.com and they came to my rescue within a day. It only took them 10-15 minutes to find my files and they recovered what seems to be almost everything I lost. These were files I had built up for at least the past 8 years.
