Computer Support Technician
Work with small and medium sized business customers providing onsite desktop, server and network support. Also provide residential computer support as needed.
Required:
- Working knowledge of Windows Server 2000/2003 and Active Directory
- Working knowledge of simple IP networking and ability to diagnose DNS and connectivity problems
- Strong knowledge of the Windows XP Operating System
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003 - Especially Outlook
- Ability to diagnose and repair common PC hardware problems
- Strong diagnostic/troubleshooting ability
- Good interpersonal skills/customer service oriented
Good to have:
- Experience with Small Business Server and Exchange
- Experience configuring Blackberry, PocketPC, Palm OS, etc
- Network wiring including cable making, punch down, etc.
